Review management

Reviews arrive on a schedule, not by luck.

Almost every happy customer would leave you a review if asked at the right moment. Almost none of them are. That gap is the whole opportunity, and closing it is a system, not a personality trait.

Included in the $500/mo plan · Not sold separately

Why it matters twice

Reviews do two jobs at once.

They persuade the person reading them, and they help you rank in the first place. Review count and recency both feed into where you sit in the map pack, so reviews are simultaneously your best sales asset and a direct ranking input.

Which is why a business with forty reviews that stopped two years ago often loses to a competitor with fifteen that are still arriving.

The uncomfortable maths

Unprompted, a small fraction of happy customers leave reviews — while unhappy ones are motivated enough to find the form themselves. Left alone, your rating drifts toward the people who had a bad day. Asking everyone is not gaming the system; it is correcting a sampling bias that works against you.

What’s included

The system, run for you.

  • Request flow set up. A short message with a direct link, sent at the point the customer is most pleased — usually right after the job is finished.
  • One tap to review. Every extra step loses people. The link opens straight to the review box, not to a homepage they have to navigate.
  • Every review answered. Google shows your replies publicly and a business that responds reads as one that cares.
  • Negative reviews handled properly. Calm, specific, non-defensive. A good reply to a bad review persuades more readers than the review itself.
  • Steady pacing. A consistent trickle, not thirty in one week. Sudden bursts look artificial to both Google and to customers.
  • Reviews put to work. The good ones go on your website and into your Google Business Profile posts rather than sitting where only searchers see them.
  • Monitoring. You hear about a new review from us, not from a customer mentioning it three weeks later.
  • Nothing fake, ever. No bought reviews, no incentives, no writing them ourselves. It is against Google’s rules and it gets profiles suspended.
How it works

Ask everyone, every time.

Step 01

Set the trigger

We work out the natural moment in your job — invoice paid, work signed off, keys handed over — and hook the request to it.

Step 02

Make it one tap

Direct link, short message, no app to install and no account to create.

Step 03

Reply to all of them

Within a day or two, in your voice. Especially the critical ones, which is where most businesses go quiet.

Step 04

Keep going

Recency counts, so it never stops. This is the part that separates month one from month twelve.

Proof

What clients say about us.

We run the same system on ourselves. Every review on this site came from a client being asked at the right moment.

Real estate lives on reputation more than almost any other local trade. Clients check an agent’s reviews before they call, and a thin or stale profile costs listings before a conversation ever happens.

Questions

Before you ask.

Can you get rid of a bad review?

Only if it breaks Google’s rules — spam, a competitor, someone who was never a customer, or abusive content. Those can be reported and sometimes come down. A genuine complaint from a real customer cannot be removed by anyone, at any price. What we can do is reply well and bury it under newer, better ones.

Is asking for reviews allowed?

Yes. Google explicitly permits asking customers for reviews. What is not permitted is offering anything in exchange, asking only the customers you expect to be happy, or writing them yourself. We ask everyone, offer nothing, and let the results be what they are.

How many reviews do I need?

Enough to beat the businesses ranking above you, which varies by category and city. The more useful target is direction rather than a number: reviews arriving steadily every month beats a big total that stopped a year ago.

What if I get a bad one?

You will, eventually, and it matters less than you think. A perfect five-star record with no negatives reads as suspicious. What people actually judge is how you responded — a calm, specific reply that takes responsibility often converts readers better than the complaint costs you.

Do you handle other review sites?

Google is the priority because it feeds the map pack directly. If your trade has a platform that genuinely matters — and some do — we will include it. Most local businesses get the best return from focusing on Google rather than spreading thin across five platforms.

Can I buy this on its own?

No, and that is deliberate. Review generation without profile management is half a job — the reviews land somewhere that is not set up to convert them. Both are in the $500/mo plan together. See pricing.
