This policy explains what D’Amico Digital collects when you use damicodigital.com, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
D’Amico Digital, based in Lubbock, Texas. You can reach us at noah@damicodigital.com or (813) 504-2645 about anything in this policy, including a request to delete your information.
What we collect
We only collect what you hand us. Specifically:
- Callback form. Your name, phone number, business name, and what you said you need.
- Booking a call. Whatever you enter into the scheduling form — typically name, email address, time zone, and any notes you add.
- Email or phone. If you contact us directly, we keep that correspondence.
- Server logs. Our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is ordinary web-server logging, not tracking.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint or follow you between sites — we get aggregate counts, not individuals. Beyond that there are no advertising pixels and no session recording, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to schedule and hold a call, to provide services you have asked for, and to keep the site secure and working. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Services we use
Running a website means relying on a few outside providers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare — hosting, delivery and cookieless Web Analytics. Processes server-log data described above.
- Formspree — receives and forwards callback-form submissions.
- Cal.com — handles the booking calendar embedded on our pages.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces the site uses. Loading a font means your browser requests a file from Google, which involves your IP address.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept while we are talking and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and afterwards where we are required to, for tax and accounting. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email noah@damicodigital.com and we will handle it. You do not need to use a special form or quote a regulation.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than hoping you do not notice.
