How long until my site is live?
Most local business sites go live in 2 to 3 weeks from the day we get your content. We do the writing, the layout and the photos, so the timeline depends on us rather than on you finding time to send things over.
Do I actually have to do anything?
One kickoff call, then you approve the finished site. You never log into a dashboard, learn a tool, or manage a listing. That is the entire point of how we work.
What if I need changes after launch?
On any monthly plan, send us a text or an email and the change is live within 48 hours. On the one-time build, edits are included for the first month, after which changes are quoted separately.
How long until I show up in the top 3 map pack?
Local SEO is not instant. Most businesses see real movement in 3 to 6 months, depending on how competitive your category is and how established your Google Business Profile already is. Anyone promising the map pack in 30 days is guessing. If you need leads immediately, that is what Google Ads is for, and we run those too.
Do I own the website?
On the one-time build, yes, outright, including all files. On monthly plans the site is yours to keep as long as the plan is active, and we will hand over the files if you ever decide to leave.
What’s the difference between $200/mo and the $2,000 one-time?
The one-time build is the site delivered, paid once, owned by you, with edits included for the first month only. The $200 monthly keeps hosting, security, unlimited 48-hour edits and instant lead texting running for as long as you want them. If you expect to change things, monthly costs less over time.
Do you only work with businesses in Lubbock?
No. We are based in Lubbock, Texas and know the local market well, but we build and rank sites for businesses anywhere in the United States. Larger web design projects in particular are handled remotely all the time.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. We would rather keep you because the work is producing calls.
